The problem

The CEO of a popular web3 marketing agency was looking for a partner that could take ownership of PR campaigns that they were launching on Reddit.

The agency had previously worked with Huobi, Binance, Crypto.com, simplex, bybit, Bittorrent & more.

Along with a reliable partner, they wanted an easy flow for their account managers to be able to send us content to get promoted.

The solution

A content distribution campaign that allowed us to deliver long-term community presence.

1. A custom workflow

We worked with the agency to develop a custom kanban based content promotion pipeline. We made & kept SLA’s about content promotion turnaround, engagement minimums, & post uptimes.

2. Content distribution on Reddit

We utilized our Reddit capabilities to drive awareness and traffic across web3 subreddits to our client’s projects.

The challenges

The primary challenges during this campaign were…

  • The client had tight delivery windows to meet. They had daily new content that needed to get promoted and would often need same-day turnaround. We customized our processes to meet this requirement.
  • Our takedown rate was an issue early on, it was hard to get the client content to “stick” and not be taken down. We experimented and found methods which drastically reduced takedown after month 1.

The outcome

Month# Posts publishedAvg position per post (hot page)Avg upvotes achieved per postAvg comments achieved per postAvg. takedown rate
Month 130+31283625%
Month 230+21476716%
Month 315+1.4148594%
Month 410+1.10%

We promoted a total of 108 pieces of content,

a 5 star review!
